This process will take an average of 5-10 minutes to fully complete. You will be asked to complete a section of personal information that is required to join a Sport Club. The fields marked with an astrick are required. If you have questions, please contact the Sport Club Office.

All schedules for Sport Club contests can be found here. These schedules are available to the public without having a UC Davis login.

WAIVER FORM
Before joining a Sport Club, you must sign a Waiver, Release and Indmity form and a Rules and Regulations form for your sport. Club officers have those forms available at practicies. These forms must be completed prior to participation in a club activity.
